Elk Barn

The Elk Barn is a mate to the Elk Shop.  It is 50 x60 x 14 with sliding barn doors, one on each end and an open awning to allow livestock pens.  Electrical is a 75 amp service with the same high bay lights as in the shop.

Elk Shop

The Elk Shop is 35 x 90 x 14 with a bathroom.  It has a 30x35 open gable extension to use for covered parking.  There is 12 ft of approach  to the 12x12 insulated overhead main doors and 4 foot of approach for the walk door.    The approaches were poured with the monolithic slab.  the slab is a 5 inch on 18 inch beams.  The Electrical service is a 200 amp service. Lighting consists of high bay LED lights and one photosensitive exterior wall pack  The enclosed area is insulated with 1 inch of  spray in foam insulation, which seals the building and insulated it.
